We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| Generally our products are built to order, we keep minimal stock available in our warehouse to reduce our overhead costs. Leadtimes for orders vary by manufacturer, they are generally 2-15 days. We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is no longer available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are unavailable for shipment. |

When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

| All of the products we sell carry their manufacturer's standard warranty. Most of them are noted in the product pages. These warranties range from one year to up to lifetime based on each product. If you do not see a mention of the warranty but would like to know, please ask. We would be happy to explain the warranty and even send you a copy before you purchase. |

| We accept purchase orders from state and federally funded institutions including, public K-12 schools, state colleges/universities, public libraries, municipalities and all branches of the military.
First-time orders from private schools, private college/universities, charter schools, churches and businesses must be prepaid at the time of order in the form of a check, money order, EFT or credit card. This is considered a prepayment. Subsequent orders can be purchased on terms after approval of a credit application by our accounting manager.
When paying with a purchase order, a copy of the purchase order must be received before the order will be processed. The P.O. can be faxed to 866-673-7442. We'll call to remind you about this. |

| Be sure to inspect your order for damage and accuracy as soon as it arrives. If you see a problem, refuse the delivery and call us at 906-297-2500. Occasionally, delivery drivers do not give you enough time to inspect the shipment, or the order is delivered while you are not there. If the driver does not allow you time to inspect your shipment, sign for it, noting "damaged" on the bill of lading.
You’ll need to fully inspect your merchandise within two weeks of receipt. If you find you have a problem with damage or an incorrect shipment, you must contact us during this period. We cannot be held responsible for damages or incorrect shipments if you wait beyond this period to inform us. As long as you contact us during this period, any item that is damaged when it arrives or that does not arrive as ordered (size, color, or features were not as you specified) will be promptly replaced by us at no additional cost to you.
If you order something and it arrives as ordered but you decide you want or need to return it, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return charges. You must contact us within two weeks to return these items. In all of these cases, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% by the manufacturer. So if you're not sure about a color or a size, please ask. We want to help you make your purchase exactly what you want on the first try. |

| Many items on our site ship via UPS. If your entire order qualifies for UPS shipping, your shipping & handling charges will be shown before you place your order.
Most larger and heavier items ship via truck line and require a shipping & handling quote. Your order will tell you which items these are. In most cases, our website will automatically calculate and display your shipping quote. Sometimes, however, we need to calculate these manually to ensure that you get the lowest price.
To get a shipping & handling quote, you can either call us or go ahead place your order online and we'll call you within one business day. We always look for the most economical way to ship, but if you’re not satisfied with the shipping costs you may, of course, cancel your order. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will be processed the same day, shipment dates are based on leadtimes from our manufacturers. These are generally 2 to 15 business days. We will do our best to keep you updated on shipping dates through emails. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by PCFurnitureSupply or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PCFurnitureSupply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
